In the event you placed a digital order, and do not receive a confirmation email with the link to the download, please do not submit the order again.  Here are a few things to try:

If you see an "ERROR 500":
 

The error code 500 is a general response from the server that something has gone wrong. The problem could have arised when resources were requested by the server, or it could be an issue with outdated or corrupted cache and cookies.  If you see this error, please refresh your browser and page or wait a few minutes. This error is very transient and rarely persistent. If the error continues to be displayed in Google Search Console, it is possible that there is an ongoing issue on Wix's end. Please contact me directly to let us know and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  

 

If you are seeing this error please understand that I also am not receiving an email of your order and therefore am not aware of the problem.

If that does not correct the issue, likely there's a problem with the store and I will need to contact Wix.  However, please contact me and I will gladly send you the link directly.  Your business is very much appreciated and I apologize for any inconvenience.
